May 26/16 - ALLAIRE SHOW Summer Redux shows announced! - Ottawa ON, While The ALLAIRE SHOW at Quinn's is off on Summer vacation, you've told us that you can't wait that long! So the Summer Redux series is back up and running for the third year! This year's guests are:
Sat. June 11 - George Stryker
Sat. July 23 - Terry McLeish
Sat. August 20 - Kelly Sloan
All shows are at Patty's Pub - 1186 Bank St. and the run from 9pm-11:30pm! C'mon out and beat the heat!
May 24/16 - Summer residencies: - Ottawa ON, Starting FRIDAY, MAY 27th, (and every FRIDAY of the summer) John will be playing "The Weekender!" at the Cross on Elgin (360 Elgin, upstairs). This'll be from 5:30pm-7:30pm out on the beautiful porch that overlooks historic Elgin St. Covers, singalongs, stories, etc. Great way to kick off the weekend! (weather permitting)
Starting SATURDAY, MAY 28th (and every SATURDAY of the summer) John will be hosting "ALLAIRE and Friends ON ELGIN!" Once again at the Cross on Elgin, I'll be there from 3pm-6pm, playing and asking a few of my musician friends to join me in making summer great in downtown Ottawa! This is either outside or inside, depending on the weather.
May 5/16 - Upcoming Spring outdoor events! - Ottawa ON, This Friday (May 6th) join John on the rooftop patio of The Cross on Elgin (360 Elgin) as he opens the patio season from 6pm-8pm. No cover!, Then Saturday, it's the annual Quinn's Hot Dog Eating Contest and open jam. Bring your appetite and your instrument and let's go! 3pm-5pm Quinn's, 1070 Bank St. Terry McLeish will be releasing his new CD the following Saturday (May 14th) at The ALLAIRE SHOW, so don't miss that one either. It's the last show of the season before the break. Last chance to dance! Of course, there's the Windsor Park Art Festival June 5th at Windsor Park (d-uh) off Riverdale near the Rideau River. John's playing from 2pm-4pm. C'mon down!
